Avail Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides remote control services using remote support tools in order to provide support services quickly and efficiently.

Remote support requires downloading the "Remote Support Tool" to your PC.

A connection to the "Remote Support Tool" is established only after the customer tells us their ID information and password. After connection, information on the screen will be exchanged using encrypted communication to prevent unauthorized access, but we cannot guarantee complete security.

The downloaded "Remote Support Tool" program is a program only for implementing remote support, and is used only for remote support and will not be used for any other purpose. Also, we will not be stationed permanently.

Users shall run the support program on the PCs they manage and approve the programs to run on their PCs. Please download the support program yourself and run it on your own PC. Please obtain the consent of your system management department or system administrator before downloading and running support programs. Please note that the support program can only be run by the customer to receive remote support services.

Remote support will be provided during our business hours. In addition, we may not be able to respond immediately due to congestion or other circumstances.

You agree that the content displayed on the customer's PC screen during remote support will be synchronously displayed on the PC screen of our support staff. Additionally, your PC data and personal information may be displayed on the screen and may be visible to our support staff. By using remote support, you agree to this. Remote support does not guarantee that any problems you are experiencing will be resolved.
