We will link and register production instructions and ICTag data.

On the production line, ICTags are attached to each control unit of the main materials used in the process, and the materials are introduced into the line.

At each process, the ID cards and ICTags of workers are read to collect performance data.

Managers check the progress of production and the work status of each worker.

Data for payroll calculations can be easily output from this system.

When a worker reads an IC card at each process, the data is instantly sent to the headquarters PC. → At the headquarters side, it becomes possible to understand the production numbers at a glance from lists and graphs, which leads to the avoidance of production delays and factory work efficiency.

At the site, the production numbers and target numbers for each line are reflected in real time on the electronic display board, which increases the motivation of the workers.
